Analytics Engineer

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain data warehouses for different business areas to support audits.
• Become an expert in the company’s data tools and systems.
• Work with analysts and auditors to create efficient data models and dashboards.
• Develop AI-based tools and solutions to automate control evaluations.
• Organize data related to business processes, risks, and empower the team to use data for insights.
• Build strong working relationships with data owners and partners across the company.
• Assist analysts and auditors in data queries, ETL processes, and data quality checks.
• Continuously learn about data engineering, AI, and company products.

What you bring:

• Strong skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Experience with data integration, ETL, and large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, or Snowflake.
• Background in building data solutions for business metrics.
• Experience in technology sectors like SaaS, media, e-commerce, social media, or fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Understanding of data warehouse and modeling principles.
• Strong business understanding and stakeholder management.
