DevOps Manager

Our client is a dynamic fintech company revolutionizing the landscape of fixed income trading. They are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager to support and collaborate with their Director of Technology Operations. This role will oversee platform operations, business operations, and technology compliance while ensuring the growth and health of their technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:
As a DevOps Manager for our client's team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their technology infrastructure. You'll assist in overseeing platform operations, including cloud providers, data centers, SaaS solutions, environments, and integrations. Your role will also involve supporting business operations and technology compliance initiatives across the organization. You'll implement and maintain metrics reporting, technical change announcements, and documentation. Additionally, you'll help manage team culture, talent attraction, retention, and development processes.

• Oversee platform operations, including cloud providers, data centers, SaaS solutions, environments, and integrations
• Support business operations and technology compliance initiatives across the organization

• Support financial management, including budget planning, cost management, and resource allocation
• Drive risk and compliance efforts, including vendor/client legal agreements, tech policy management, and BCP testing

Key requirements:
The ideal DevOps Manager will bring a wealth of experience in technology operations or similar technical leadership roles. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; technical certifications are preferred. A proven track record in managing technology operations in financial services or trading environments is essential. You should have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern IT management practices.

• 7+ years of experience in technology operations or similar technical leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; technical certifications preferred
• Proven track record in managing technology operations in financial services or trading environments
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern IT management practices
• Experience with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), risk management, and compliance in regulated environments
• Security certification required (CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent)
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams
