Product Lead - Trust & Safety

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Lead for their Trust and Safety team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop innovative solutions that enhance content quality, boost user satisfaction, and mitigate brand risk. The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment, identifying issues and capitalising on changes within the ecosystem through scientific analysis.

What you'll do:

• Develop solutions to enhance content quality, boost creator and user satisfaction, and mitigate brand risk
• Monitor content understanding systems, creator and user experiences, and public perceptions
• Identify issues and capitalize on dynamic changes and opportunities within the ecosystem through scientific analysis
• Formulate strategic plans and detailed approaches for various cultural regions, user groups, and product scenarios
• Identify content through human labelling and AI models
• Optimize the creation and consumption processes and strategies to provide the best user and creator experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Policy, Legal, Operations, Engineering, Data Science as well as artificial intelligence

• Strong ability to monitor systems, experiences, perceptions while identifying potential issues
• Experience in capitalising on dynamic changes within ecosystems through scientific analysis
