Principal Product Manager

Our client is seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape the future of Data, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in their organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative features for their Data Platform, working closely with teams across Risk, Marketing, and Analytics.\

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement a long-term roadmap for the Data Platform
  • Identify and solve high-priority problems using user research, data analysis, and customer feedback
  • Translate business and data requirements into actionable product plans
  • Build strong relationships with Engineering, Product, and other internal teams
  • Ensure timely execution of projects, supporting testing and post-launch analysis
  • Communicate strategic milestones to the team and executives
  • Promote data use across the organisation and support stakeholder questions

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with Data Platforms/Infrastructure or Data Products
  • 10+ years as a product manager with at least 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of data foundations and hands-on experience with large data systems
  • Ability to apply data solutions to business use cases
  • Experience managing large enterprise programs using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence strategic vision
