Our client is a globally recognised brand in the K-pop fandom, operating under a name instantly recognised by fans in the U.S., Europe and LATAM. They are a fast-growing company that has achieved 8-figure revenues in just three years, with ambitions to reach 9-figures in even less time. They are looking for a Product Manager who values ambition, curiosity and teamwork, and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

As the Product Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's digital presence. You will be responsible for developing and scaling technical roadmaps for national and international direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms. This includes integrating and troubleshooting between Shopify and their ecommerce platform. Reporting directly to both the CEO and COO, you will align with the company's direction while managing consumer expectations. Your role will also involve owning all technical oversight from designing to implementing and managing internal and consumer-facing platforms.

  • Develop and scale technical roadmaps for national and international DTC platforms
  • Integrate and troubleshoot between Shopify and ecommerce platform
  • Report directly to both the CEO and COO aligning with company direction and managing consumer expectations
  • Own all technical oversight from designing to implementing and managing internal and consumer facing platforms
  • Lead product data and content changes as needed to support the customer experience
  • Perform analysis on website, search, and campaign performance metrics and make appropriate recommendations for improvements

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Product Manager role brings a wealth of experience in product management or ownership on web & mobile platforms built around 'Drop' or 'Hot Deal' retail experiences. With at least 2 years of technical experience with leading consumer-facing Digital Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce etc., you understand how these platforms can be leveraged to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your 2+ years’ experience in UI/UX in both mobile and web environments enables you to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces. Above all, your passion for being creative with out-of-the-box designs that encompass the customer culture and fanbase behaviours sets you apart.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on web & mobile platforms built around 'Drop' or 'Hot Deal' retail experiences
  • Minimum of 2 years’ technical experience with leading consumer-facing Digital Commerce platforms such as Shopify and Magento, BigCommerce etc.
  • 2+ years’ experience in UI/UX in both mobile and web
