As part of our 2025 growth strategy, Robert Walters is actively seeking ambitious, target-driven sales professionals to join our expanding Austin sales recruitment team.
About Robert Walters
Robert Walters is a leading global talent solutions consultancy, with a presence in over 34 countries. Our Austin office is looking to bring on board dynamic sales professionals to specialize in recruitment for Sales and Engineering industries.
What will the role include at Robert Walters?
This is a full 360 recruitment role with a strong sales focus. You will be responsible for driving business development, building new client relationships, and sourcing top talent through networking, meetings, and events.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to qualifying and selling recruitment services to potential clients.
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions will be a core part of your role.
You'll have the chance to work with exclusive, high-profile clients and engage with influential business leaders across various sectors.
What are we looking for at Robert Walters?
We're looking for highly driven and results-oriented sales professionals who are eager to join a leading recruitment consultancy during an exciting period of growth.
Previous experience in sales or business development is essential. Recruitment experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
You should have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in client-facing roles across any industry.
You're a natural relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
