Senior Data Analyst
A digital health organization is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its remote‑first team and help advance equitable, high‑quality care. You’ll use advanced analytics to improve clinical outcomes, guide strategy, and support evidence‑based care for diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll drive initiatives that elevate quality and equity by transforming complex data into actionable insights, intuitive dashboards, and meaningful clinical metrics. You’ll support accreditation efforts, apply advanced analytics to identify predictive trends, and empower teams through self‑service tools and strong data governance to improve outcomes across the organization.
- Partner with Clinical Quality, engineering, product, analytics, and commercial teams to align priorities and deliver insights that guide strategy
- Build dashboards and visualizations that show program impact on outcomes and operational performance
- Define and refine performance metrics that demonstrate value and support organizational goals
- Lead analytics for accreditation submissions (NCQA, DPP, URAC) while maintaining compliance with quality standards
- Apply advanced analytics and machine learning to uncover trends, support personalized care, and strengthen data‑driven decision‑making across teams
Key Requirements:
Your experience as a Senior Data Analyst highlights a strong blend of technical expertise, healthcare data management, and the ability to turn complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. You’re adept with SQL, Python/R, and BI tools, while also navigating governance frameworks and supporting accreditation needs. Your collaborative style, communication skills, and ability to guide others make you a valuable partner in driving clinical quality improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) with strong analytical expertise in healthcare or digital health
- 7+ years in analytics with experience supporting clinical outcomes, equity metrics, or quality improvement
- Expert SQL skills plus proficiency in Python or R, with experience managing large healthcare datasets
- Advanced Tableau and BI capabilities, along with solid knowledge of data governance and healthcare data architecture
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills, with experience applying advanced statistical methods and supporting inclusive team environments
