Key Responsibilities:

The role requires at least four years of experience as a data scientist in enterprise environments, with proven deployment of generative AI solutions into production. Candidates must have strong hands‑on expertise with large language models, including prompt engineering, tool calling, and building AI agents beyond standard frameworks. A strong ability to translate complex client requirements into practical, reliable solutions is essential, along with excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders. A master’s or PhD in a quantitative field is expected, and experience in financial services and global team collaboration is strongly preferred.

• Act as the primary on‑site technical advisor, supporting clients several days per week and guiding adoption of the generative AI platform.
• Lead end‑to‑end GenAI integrations as the main technical liaison, ensuring solutions are tailored to specific client needs.
• Design and advise on custom AI Agents using SDKs by translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams while performing advanced prompt engineering and LLM experimentation.
• Deliver projects, documentation, and client training while contributing to global collaboration and continuous learning through the AI Academy.

Key Requirements:

The role requires strong experience delivering data‑driven solutions in enterprise environments, with proven success deploying reliable generative AI systems to production. Candidates must have deep, hands‑on expertise with large language models, including prompt engineering and low‑level experimentation beyond standard frameworks. Experience translating complex client needs into actionable strategies, ideally within financial services, is highly valued. Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, advanced academic qualifications, and experience working in global or multicultural teams are expected, along with a clear commitment to continuous learning in LLM tooling.

• Experience: At least 4 years as a data scientist in enterprise environments with a record of delivering client‑focused solutions.
• Technical expertise: Strong hands‑on skills with LLMs, including prompt engineering, tool calling, AI agents, and production deployment of GenAI systems.
• Domain & delivery: Ability to translate complex business requirements into measurable technical outcomes; financial services experience is a plus.
• Communication & collaboration: Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and experience working with global or multicultural teams.
• Education & growth: Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, paired with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning in advanced AI tooling.
