• Build and maintain backend systems for member mobile apps and provider web applications in close partnership with product, design, and engineering teams
• Write high‑quality code, conduct reviews, and create tests while upholding strong architectural and coding standards
• Lead hands‑on development and mentor junior engineers through complex technical challenges
• Integrate AI tools into the development lifecycle and collaborate with AI specialists to enhance system capabilities
• Drive major initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and support on‑call rotations to ensure system reliability and performance

• Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI best practices, and AI‑assisted development tools such as Cursor or Copilot
• Familiar with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and strong communication with a collaborative mindset
