Key Responsibilities:
As an Android Software Engineer, you’ll build mobile experiences that meaningfully improve users’ lives, working closely with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver polished, reliable features. You’ll write high‑quality Kotlin code, contribute to architectural decisions, and support the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment. Your clear communication and collaborative approach help translate user needs into practical solutions while fostering a supportive, knowledge‑sharing team culture.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build engaging Android applications
- Develop high‑quality features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose while tackling complex technical challenges
- Contribute to architectural discussions, advocate for modern technologies, and help shape project direction
- Participate fully in the agile lifecycle, producing clean, tested code and supporting CI/CD and peer reviews
- Stay current with Android best practices, resolve technical issues collaboratively, and share knowledge across the team
Key Requirements:
An Android Software Engineer reflects strong experience building sophisticated mobile applications that improve user outcomes, supported by deep Kotlin expertise and familiarity with modern frameworks like Jetpack Compose. - 3–5 years of Android development experience building impactful mobile products in collaborative teams
- Skilled in scalable architectures using patterns like MVVM or MVC, with strong Kotlin proficiency
- Solid understanding of multithreading, async programming, and modern Android tools such as Jetpack Compose
- Experience with unit/UI testing (JUnit, Espresso), CI/CD pipelines, and app store submission processes
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, curiosity‑driven mindset oriented toward shared problem‑solving
