WEBINAR | Beyond the “DEI Workshop”: Driving Real Change in the Workplace

Is your business taking real action on DEI? What businesses are doing it right, and how can you replicate their successes?

Building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization is more than organizing a DEI Workshop and calling it a day. In this webinar, we’ll discuss practical solutions to address the root of the problem (instead of just scratching the surface).

Join us to hear insights from our passionate expert panel which includes: Iliana Quinonez, Salesforce, Michael Kyle, Planet, Lisa Smith, Netflix & Women Who Code, and Valerie Jackson, Zuora.

What questions will be answered:
  • How can you recognize and mitigate unconscious bias in the hiring process?
  • How can you break down systemic barriers to inclusion?
  • What businesses have gotten it right?
  • How can we initiate conversations that may feel uncomfortable?
  • What are some things I can do today to build a more inclusive team?
  • What will your game plan be for the remainder of the year?

The discussion will be led by Faye Tracey, Manager, People & Talent at Robert Walters San Francisco.
