As an Executive Hiring Sourcer, you will be responsible for company and executive research, identify prospective senior/leadership candidates, build out profiles in our database etc. In doing so, you will analyse the data for competitive insights and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting company and candidate research with the right sourcing strategy, for both open searches and pipeline projects
  • Analysing information to develop and build insights and business intelligence; build mapping and pipeline reports
  • Recruiting and qualifying prospective candidates
  • Engaging in regular business meetings with TAL during job brief intake and shortlist sessions
  • Identify efficient and effective ways of working especially new sourcing strategy/technology
  • Managing research projects to ensure research is delivered on-time
  • Cultivating candidate and industry-expert relationships to grow our client
  • Ensuring diverse candidate pool during mapping


Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.

The requirements of this role may change over time and staff are required to comply with all such reasonable changes.

Local requirements

  • Experience in recruitment and / or search within senior leadership hiring
  • Experienced working with data and the complexity that entails
  • Meticulous and attention to detail. You enjoy ensuring data quality making sure the research is error-free
  • Has experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
  • Ambassador for our firm. Enjoys representing our client to cultivate relationships with candidates, sources, industry experts, and potential clients
