Supply Chain Analyst

Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data, forecasting, overstock and at-risk inventory.
  • Assist Head of Operations in S&OP meeting prep.
  • Analyze forecasts and develop a scorecard system for forecast accuracy for each sales channel.
  • Data cleansing and maintenance for inventory receiving in QuickBooks (or latest ERP) and PO management.
  • Support QuickBooks integration for purchasing and inventory.
  • Monitor inventory levels to align purchasing decisions with business needs, and send out reports weekly.
  • Monitor Inventory consumption at CoMans.
  • Reconcile monthly inventory at CoMans.
  • Set up skus, component parts, and bundles in all systems for 3PL.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager on quotes for new and existing products from contract manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners.
  • Manage packaging requirements and communicate shipment updates to the Head of Operations.
  • Coordinate shipments from contract manufacturers to third-party logistics (3PL) providers, issuing regular updates.
  • Manage COAs, ASNs, and shipping documents to 3PL from CoMans.
  • Manage product shipments for events and create shipping labels when needed.
  • Back up to Head of Operations and Supply Chain Manager as needed.
  • Special projects as needed to support company goals.
