Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Media Strategist, you will immerse yourself in the dynamic world of in-store audio advertising by building strong relationships with retailers, brands, agencies, and internal teams. Your day-to-day activities will involve designing bespoke audio-led strategies that align with clients’ business objectives while ensuring seamless integration into omnichannel retail media programs. You will be responsible for translating technical platform capabilities into practical solutions that address real-world challenges faced by some of the largest retailers in the United States. By leading educational workshops and providing thought leadership on digital content trends, you will empower partners to fully leverage the power of audio within their marketing mix. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you guide clients through measurement best practices—analyzing campaign data to optimize performance—and your collaborative approach will see you working hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.   • Partner closely with retail media networks and key advertisers across the United States to design and support comprehensive audio-led media strategies that deliver tangible business results.
  • Act as a vital liaison between the platform and the broader retail media ecosystem, ensuring tools, inventory, and capabilities are effectively positioned to meet evolving partner needs.
  • Translate complex platform features into actionable solutions that align with commerce objectives by working collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Develop tailored retail media strategies that integrate audio seamlessly into full-funnel performance marketing plans, maximising reach and impact for clients’ campaigns.
  • Lead strategic conversations, workshops, and training sessions to educate partners on the transformative role of audio within modern retail media mixes.
  • Research emerging digital media content trends to provide thoughtful perspectives to internal teams, ensuring ongoing alignment with industry developments.
  • Build compelling data-driven insights using presentation tools such as Google Slides or PowerPoint, delivering concise narratives that resonate with clients.
  • Support partnership efforts across retail networks, measurement partners, and third-party platforms to enhance end-to-end activation and integration of solutions.
  • Collaborate extensively with Retail Partnerships, Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Data teams to ensure cohesive positioning of audio offerings and inform future product development.
  • Guide partners in selecting appropriate measurement approaches using platform tools to track campaign effectiveness, analyze performance data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports.
