Our client is in search of a knowledgeable and experienced Director of North America Operations to steer their business strategy and expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to supervise a dependable team, formulate comprehensive sales strategies, and nurture key partnerships within the United States. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the company's commercial success in its most strategic market.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Director of North America Operations, you will play a vital role in driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion. Your primary responsibility will be setting strategy, enhancing the sales process, building teams, and helping potential partners understand the market in USA. You will also be responsible for developing accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and resource plans for the US market. Your ability to personally engage in strategic sales opportunities and support the team in closing key deals will be crucial.

  • Formulate, implement, and refine a comprehensive US sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Conduct detailed market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Establish clear sales territories, quotas, and performance objectives for the US branch.
  • Steer the US business to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market share goals consistently.
  • Formulate and implement an optimal go-to-market strategy utilizing direct sales, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to develop effective sales collateral, lead generation programs, and promotional campaigns tailored for the US market.
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and lead a high-performance US branch.


Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the Director of North America Operations position brings a wealth of experience in leading high-performing teams. You have demonstrated your ability to develop effective business strategies that drive significant revenue growth. Your strong understanding of US business culture, coupled with your excellent strategic thinking skills, makes you an ideal fit for this role. Your proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools will be essential as you monitor performance data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in dental implant relevant field.
  • At least 7+ years in a sales leadership role managing sales teams and strategy within the US market.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing business/sales strategies that resulted in significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of US business culture, sales cycles, and customer dynamics.
  • Significant experience selling complex products or solutions within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
