• Lead the development of major features and systems that underpin global shipping operations and merchant services, ensuring solutions are robust and scalable.
• Mentor engineers at various levels by providing guidance, sharing best practices, and supporting their technical growth within the team.
• Design and implement solutions that are not only scalable but also maintainable over time, contributing to long-term system reliability.
• Drive best practices in testing methodologies, documentation standards, and overall system design to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align technical initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
• Work across a diverse technology stack including Java for backend logic, MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data management, TypeScript for type-safe development, Next.js and Nest.js for web applications, as well as AWS and GCP for cloud infrastructure.
