Function
We’re seeking a data-driven, people-first AVP to support a sourcing hub based in Jacksonville. This person will lead a team of ~10 direct recruiters, supporting delivery across complex, multi-location programs.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring coaching, performance management, and operational oversight. The successful candidate will be a problem-solver, coach, and performance driver — able to intervene in delivery challenges and guide recruiters to better outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Manage, coach, and support a team of ~10 direct recruiters
• Use data and live job reports to guide one-to-ones and coaching sessions
• Intervene in delivery gaps (e.g., client rejection rationale, salary misalignment)
• Provide structure, accountability, and development opportunities for recruiters
• Collaborate across stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs
• Model consultative, candidate-first recruitment practices
• Foster team motivation and high-performance culture

Local Requirements
• Minimum 5 years in a team lead or recruitment manager role
• Experience managing teams across multiple states or global regions
• Must come from a complex org (multi-site, matrixed, or agency with broad client base)
• Strong coaching skills rooted in metrics and recruiter performance data
• Demonstrated ability to resolve delivery challenges independently
• Located in or willing to relocate to Jacksonville
