Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle! Working closely with the Recruitment Partner and Recruiter, you'll own critical tasks to ensure process and policy compliance while delivering a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.


About the Role:

  • Working alongside the Recruitment Partner and Recruiter, support the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Own critical tasks to ensure process and policy compliance.
  • Manage new job requisitions and job advertisement process to maintain compliance.
  • Schedule, attend and record intake meetings
  • Organize interviews with prospective candidates and hiring managers and manage all tracking related to such.
  • Manage necessary tasks and maintain accurate records of the recruitment process for internal and external hires including updating our applicant tracking system, team trackers, answering vendor, business, and professional queries, carrying out accuracy checks and internal governance requirements.
  • Collect pre-hire documentation and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure that all prehire checks are completed.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and monitor the process and provide updated tracking to the business.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and business leaders as needed.
  • Support with tracking activity and producing various as hoc reports as required.
