• Conduct meticulous due diligence by examining contracts, financial statements, compliance records, and other pertinent materials to identify potential risks or issues for clients.
• Provide considered advice to clients regarding structuring considerations, regulatory obligations, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices throughout the transaction lifecycle.
