- Work closely with partners and fellow associates on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity transactions, ensuring seamless execution from inception through completion.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a comprehensive array of transaction documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary agreements, and related corporate documentation.
- Conduct meticulous due diligence by examining contracts, financial statements, compliance records, and other pertinent materials to identify potential risks or issues for clients.
- Provide considered advice to clients regarding structuring considerations, regulatory obligations, risk mitigation strategies, and best practices throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams across various practice areas such as tax, employment, intellectual property, real estate, and finance to deliver holistic solutions tailored to client requirements.
