In the capacity of Product Marketing Manager within this forward-thinking organization dedicated to scaling international revenue for digital-first brands, you will be immersed in every phase of the product journey—from launch planning through sustained engagement. Your daily responsibilities will involve close cooperation with Product teams to shape messaging that addresses merchants’ practical needs while also producing impactful content across multiple platforms. You will diligently track adoption metrics to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum efficacy. By serving as an intermediary between merchants and internal teams, you will facilitate the translation of valuable feedback into actionable enhancements that keep products at the forefront of innovation. Your aptitude for coordinating cross-functional initiatives ensures seamless outreach efforts aligned with shared objectives. Ultimately, your endeavors will be instrumental in enabling merchants to realize the full potential of solutions meticulously designed for their advancement.

  • Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market launches for new products and features, with the objective of fostering cross-sell opportunities within established merchant accounts and elevating overall product adoption rates.
  • Collaborate extensively with Product teams to craft compelling positioning statements, develop high-quality content, and create messaging tailored to merchant needs, product value propositions, and prevailing market conditions.
  • Monitor critical metrics such as product adoption, engagement, and retention across multiple offerings; employ these insights to refine marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Serve as the advocate for merchants by gathering their feedback, prioritizing their perspectives, and ensuring actionable insights are incorporated into ongoing product development cycles.
  • Produce engaging content in various formats—including newsletters, LinkedIn advertisements, blog posts, case studies, instructional articles, lifecycle emails, and in-application announcements—to enhance awareness and comprehension of products among merchants.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts by collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure internal alignment regarding messaging and campaign implementation.
  • Utilize data-driven methodologies to inform marketing strategies, construct compelling narratives about product impact, and guide decision-making processes for future campaigns.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as demonstration videos and succinct pitch decks that empower commercial teams to communicate value effectively to prospective clients.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning strategies and maintain a robust competitive advantage within the e-commerce sector.

Key Requirements:

To flourish as a Product Marketing Manager in this context, you will contribute substantial expertise derived from B2B marketing appointments within the e-commerce domain—ideally having overseen successful product launches yielding measurable results. Your professional background should encompass not only technical proficiency but also an empathetic approach towards discerning merchant challenges. You are skilled at synthesizing data into actionable recommendations whilst maintaining lucidity in all communications. Your creative acumen enables you to produce engaging content across diverse formats; meanwhile your collaborative ethos ensures harmonious coordination between departments. A perceptive understanding of market dynamics allows you to anticipate developments so campaigns remain pertinent. Above all else, your dedication to supporting others—be they merchants or colleagues—will distinguish you as an individual who thrives within environments founded upon mutual respect.

  • A minimum of two to five years’ experience in B2B marketing roles focused on promoting e-commerce products with demonstrable success in driving adoption or revenue growth.
  • At least three years’ prior experience within the e-commerce industry accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of its distinctive challenges and opportunities.
  • A proven record of launching new products successfully from conception through to achieving robust product-market fit utilizing actionable insights.
  • Expertise in formulating go-to-market strategies that address both sales enablement imperatives and end-user requirements within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills evidenced by effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams including Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools to extract meaningful insights that inform narrative approaches as well as overarching marketing strategies.
  • Practical experience creating a broad spectrum of marketing assets—such as accessible demonstration videos or concise presentation decks—that support both internal training initiatives and external promotion.
  • A creative disposition capable of generating original marketing concepts whilst guiding cross-functional groups towards effective execution without losing sight of organizational objectives.
  • A confident interpersonal style that fosters trust-based relationships with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners or clients.
