A leading global commercial real estate services firm seeks a Senior Manager Accounting and Finance Transformation to drive enterprise-wide change within its Finance Group, with exposure to executive leadership and the Chief Accounting Officer. The role leads ERP and financial systems projects, process improvement, automation, SOX controls, and standardized operations across global entities, offering flexible work, training, and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

In the capacity of Senior Manager Accounting and Finance Transformation, you will undertake a broad spectrum of responsibilities that span global finance operations. Your daily activities will involve orchestrating major ERP implementation projects while serving as the authoritative expert for all financial systems transformations. You will work extensively alongside cross-functional teams to refine accounting processes so they are efficient, standardized, and compliant with regulatory requirements. By partnering with executive leadership on automation initiatives, you will contribute meaningfully to innovation within the finance group. Your remit also includes overseeing global data readiness projects, designing robust internal control frameworks in accordance with SOX standards, and supporting policy development for best practice adoption. Success in this position requires dedication to fostering teamwork, sharing knowledge generously among colleagues, and maintaining dependable relationships across departments.

  • Lead end-to-end ERP and financial systems transformation projects, from requirements gathering through implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Serve as the key contact for financial systems projects, including system replacements and integration of acquired entities.
  • Partner with teams to re-engineer accounting processes across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and intercompany transactions.
  • Drive automation, data readiness, chart of accounts standardization, close procedures, and global reporting improvements.
  • Design SOX-compliant controls, support policy development, share knowledge, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of Big 4 public accounting and private industry experience, with a focus on finance transformation. They will have led global ERP implementations or financial systems upgrades and developed policies within SOX-compliant environments. Advanced US GAAP knowledge is essential, while commercial real estate experience is highly desirable. Experience with Oracle, FloQast, Coupa, Workiva, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools will support effective analysis and reporting. Strong communication, collaboration, continuous learning, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail are key to success in this role.

  • Big 4 public accounting and private industry experience, ideally within finance transformation.
  • Proven experience leading global ERP implementations or financial systems upgrades in SOX-compliant environments.
  • Advanced US GAAP knowledge, with commercial real estate experience highly desirable.
  • Strong systems and analytical skills, including Oracle, FloQast, Coupa, Workiva, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, continuous learning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
