A global enterprise seeks a Senior Manager Integration & Finance Operations to lead financial integration across acquisitions. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, this role oversees post-merger finance, ERP, controls, and cross-functional processes. The ideal candidate brings expertise in purchase price allocation, opening balance sheets, SOX, and ERP integration. This is a key opportunity to support transformation and smooth entity integration.

Key Responsibilities:

As Senior Manager Integration and Finance Operations, you will lead financial integration across ongoing acquisitions. You will coordinate purchase price allocations, opening balance sheets, ERP data migration, and SOX control implementation. Acting as a key liaison, you will partner with IT, Legal, Tax, HR, and finance teams to ensure smooth and collaborative integrations. You will manage multiple workstreams, monitor risks, and provide clear progress reports to executive leadership. You will also mentor junior staff and support continuous improvement across future integration projects.

  • Lead financial integration for acquisitions, including purchase price allocation and opening balance sheet preparation.
  • Manage multiple integration workstreams while maintaining efficiency, quality, compliance, and risk oversight.
  • Oversee ERP migration, data mapping, system alignment, and SOX control implementation for acquired entities.
  • Act as the key liaison between Finance, IT, Legal, Tax, and HR to support smooth integration transitions.
  • Report progress to leadership, mentor junior staff, and apply lessons learned to improve future integrations.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in post-merger financial integration within large or fast-growing organizations. A background in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar environment is preferred, with exposure to complex transactions and acquisition projects. They will bring expertise in SOX controls, ERP migrations, data mapping, and opening balance sheet preparation. Strong communication skills are essential to partner effectively with IT, Legal, Tax, HR, and Finance teams while managing multiple workstreams. The candidate should also be dependable, collaborative, and committed to mentoring junior staff and improving future integrations.

  • Extensive experience leading post-merger financial integration across large organizations and multiple acquisitions.
  • Big 4 or similar background with exposure to complex transactions, SOX controls, and best-practice integration methods.
  • Strong ERP migration, data mapping, and opening balance sheet preparation expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and clear communication.
  • Collaborative leader who partners across IT, Legal, Tax, HR, and Finance while mentoring junior staff.
