Key Responsibilities:

As Manager, Financial Controller, you will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include managing month‑end close, preparing financial statements, coordinating regulatory filings, and consolidating accounts for acquisitions or new entities. You will establish strong internal controls while collaborating with international teams across the United States, United Kingdom, and EMEA regions. The role also involves leading external audits, improving vendor onboarding and procurement workflows, and identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency. You will support strategic growth by driving scalable financial systems, process improvements, and best‑practice integration.

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP while reconciling IFRS standards, overseeing month‑end close, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
  • Deliver timely, accurate financial reports and consolidate accounts for acquisitions and new entities.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead external audits and collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to support effective operations.
  • Optimize finance processes by designing efficient procurement workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and driving scalable financial systems implementation.

Key Requirements:

You bring a strong track record as a Manager, Financial Controller with deep expertise in both IFRS and US GAAP standards. Your experience in startup or high‑growth environments includes managing complex month‑end close processes, delivering accurate financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance. You are well‑versed in U.S. entity requirements, including Delaware corporation regulations, enabling you to navigate local compliance confidently. A controls‑focused mindset allows you to establish effective risk mitigation frameworks during periods of rapid growth or acquisition. You also demonstrate leadership potential and strong interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across global teams while driving continuous process improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
  • Deep technical expertise in IFRS with the ability to reconcile and apply US GAAP standards.
  • Proven experience managing month‑end close, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in startup or high‑growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. entity compliance requirements, including Delaware corporation regulations, with a controls‑focused mindset.
  • Experience supporting rapid growth, acquisitions, and complex accounting matters, with leadership potential and exposure to large or public enterprise environments valued.
