Regulatory Reporting Associate / VP

Key Responsibilities:
You will play a key role within the compliance team, preparing regulatory filings for U.S. and international authorities. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data while documenting best practices and supporting compliance initiatives. You will stay current on global regulatory changes and translate them into practical guidance for internal stakeholders. The position also includes improving transaction reporting processes, including regimes such as EMIR and SFTR, to strengthen operational efficiency and controls. You will present insights and findings to senior leadership, helping support high standards of regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to U.S. and international authorities.
- Collect, validate, and manage data for recurring filings across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintain documentation for reporting processes, procedures, and compliance obligations.
- Monitor regulatory changes and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Improve reporting workflows, support controls testing, and present insights to senior management.
Key Requirements:
You have strong experience in regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions, especially for derivatives transactions. Your background gives you the analytical skills needed to manage complex compliance requirements effectively. You are highly proficient in Excel, ideally familiar with Bloomberg, and knowledge of SQL or Python would be an advantage. You are skilled at improving processes, implementing controls, and adapting to changing business needs. You also communicate clearly, meet deadlines reliably, and work well with both senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of regulatory reporting experience, ideally in investment management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives reporting and key regimes such as EMIR, SFTR, TIC, and Section 13.
- Advanced Excel skills required; Bloomberg experience preferred, and SQL or Python is a plus.
- Excellent organization, process improvement, and communication skills across senior and cross-functional teams.
