Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a respected technology organization. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to develop sourcing strategies and attract top talent at all levels. You will manage early career programs alongside experienced hiring to support both immediate and long-term workforce needs. Success will be measured by quality hiring, strong collaboration, and excellent candidate experience.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer negotiation.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to deliver targeted hiring strategies.
  • Improve recruitment processes to boost efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Manage early career programs and support onboarding for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance, support workforce planning, and promote an inclusive hiring culture.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience of building and delivering recruitment strategies in complex or growing organizations. They bring hands-on expertise in full-cycle hiring, applicant tracking systems, and creating positive candidate experiences. They work well with HR and hiring managers, offering trusted guidance on workforce planning and hiring needs. They also ensure compliance with employment regulations and support inclusive recruitment practices. Experience with early career programs and strong communication skills will be important for success in the role.

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and years in talent acquisition.
  • Strong full-cycle recruitment experience in complex or growing organizations.
  • Proficiency with ATS, HRIS/HCM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, early career development, and inclusive hiring practices.
