The challenge

With a reactive approach to talent acquisition, lean HR team, and inefficient recruitment processes, our client’s reliance on agencies to meet both day-to-day and peak hiring requirements meant unsustainably high recruitment costs, and aging requisitions (300+ days) impacting business performance.
