Senior Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analog and Mixed Signal Design Engineer, you will help develop integrated circuits for next-generation video systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to move complex designs from concept through production. Your work will involve solving analog design challenges while optimizing performance, manufacturability, and reliability. You will also mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and support knowledge sharing across the team. In this role, you will use advanced EDA tools, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to the company’s continued excellence in analog and mixed-signal design.
- Design advanced analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-performance video applications using CMOS technologies.
- Collaborate with digital RTL, layout, verification, customer, and partner teams to deliver production-ready silicon solutions.
- Lead the full IC development lifecycle, including specifications, simulation, tape out, lab validation, debugging, and optimization.
- Use EDA tools such as Cadence or Synopsys to support schematic capture, simulation, layout review, and parasitic extraction.
- Mentor junior engineers, develop test plans, analyze silicon results, track market trends, and support technical documentation.
Key Requirements:
You bring strong experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design, with a proven record of delivering successful silicon products. Your technical expertise includes advanced EDA tools, schematic capture, simulation, layout review, verification, and tape out. You collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners while managing complex requirements with clarity. You produce clear documentation, support silicon characterization, and help optimize designs for performance, manufacturability, and reliability. Your mentoring experience, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning make you a strong contributor to both team growth and technical excellence.
- 8+ years of analog or mixed-signal IC design experience for commercial silicon products using advanced CMOS processes.
- Proven success delivering reliable, high-volume silicon products for demanding environments.
- Strong proficiency with Cadence, Synopsys, or similar EDA tools for design, simulation, layout review, extraction, and verification.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, silicon characterization, lab data analysis, and design optimization for yield, power, noise, and reliability.
- Excellent documentation, mentoring, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.
