A global e-commerce solutions provider seeks a Technical Product Manager to lead digital checkout and tax products, including Tax Engine, Carrier App Engine, Product Classification, Billing, Pricing, and Payment. This role shapes product strategy with engineering, customer success, merchants, and partners, while offering an inclusive culture, training, growth opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

As Technical Product Manager – Digital Checkout and Tax Products, you will help advance international e-commerce solutions across digital checkout and tax-related products. You will work with stakeholders, merchants, and external partners to identify opportunities and translate requirements into clear product specifications. You will collaborate with engineering teams to support product development, testing, launches, and updates aligned with tariff regulations. You will also support merchant onboarding, quality assurance, debugging, and bug prioritization based on business needs. By leading sprint planning, setting success metrics, and coordinating across teams, you will keep product initiatives aligned with organizational goals throughout the lifecycle.

  • Lead product discovery and scoping with internal teams, merchants, and external partners to identify opportunities and requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder feedback into clear product specifications, from MVP development through iterative improvements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to manage development, testing, deployment, and updates aligned with tariff regulations.
  • Support merchant onboarding, quality assurance, debugging, and bug prioritization based on business impact.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, success metrics, and cross-functional communication across product stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

As a Technical Product Manager, you bring strong experience managing B2B or B2B2C SaaS products within e-commerce environments. You communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear requirements. Your analytical skills support work with pricing structures, tax calculations, financial logic, and compliance-related processes. You are skilled in agile product lifecycle management, including scoping, prioritization, iterative releases, and cross-functional coordination. Experience with platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce, along with flexibility to work EST hours, will help you succeed in this role.

  • Bring 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS environments focused on e-commerce solutions.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into practical requirements.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to pricing structures, tax calculations, financial logic, and compliance-related processes.
  • Manage product lifecycles using agile methodologies, prioritization techniques, and iterative release planning.
  • Offer experience with platforms such as Shopify or BigCommerce and flexibility to work EST hours when needed.
