From starting out as a staff accountant in the Big 4, Michael’s career went from strength to strength. Broadening his skill set in financial reporting, technical accounting and corporate accounting, Michael grew his career from Senior Associate to Vice President of Accounting. This led him to reach a point in his career where he was looking for the next big challenge. Michael was eager to work for a company that was willing to invest in him to be a future leader by providing him mentorship from the executive team.

Even now, both parties are still in regular communication, whether it’s calling for advice, how to get people back into the office, discuss market conditions, or just generally catch up over dinner, Michael keeps in touch regularly, something he admits he certainly doesn’t do with everyone.
