Hidden in plain sight - The missing piece of your contingent workforce

As workforce models evolve and businesses strive for greater agility, we are seeing a growing demand for contingent workers.

Organizations are turning to flexible talent solutions, but without the right governance, it’s easy to lose track of who is working, under what terms and at what cost. This can lead to poor visibility, weak control and missed opportunities to drive real value.

To stay ahead, HR and Procurement leaders need a more joined-up talent strategy - one that includes consultancy and Statement of Work (SOW) services and uses the Build, Buy, Borrow, Bot model. This approach improves oversight, strengthens decision-making and helps organisations get more from their workforce.

In partnership with Everest Group, this webinar explores how HR and Procurement can work together to unlock the full value of the contingent workforce. By aligning their efforts, these teams can close gaps, manage consultancy spend more effectively and build a more resilient workforce for the future.

What you’ll discover:

The rise of contingent workers and their strategic importance.

The hidden cost of untracked consultancy and SOW spend.

Actionable strategies for integrating consultancy and SOW into your contingent workforce.

How HR and Procurement can work together to build a workforce ready for the future.
